Scope we cover in Malaysia

We handle the full scope of ITAD and e-waste activities in Malaysia: collection from all states, secure data destruction (wiping and shredding), buyback valuation for working assets, SW110-compliant processing, and downstream recovery at licensed facilities. Cross-border export, if required, is coordinated through licensed channels under Basel Convention requirements.

We will return a capability statement and certificate pack within one business day. For large programmes, we provide a Malaysia-specific service level agreement (SLA) covering collection, processing, reporting, and certification timelines.
