E-waste pricing in Malaysia depends on four factors: item type, quantity, condition, and location. Disposal costs range from free (for qualifying bulk volumes with recoverable value) to a per-item fee (for items requiring special handling such as batteries or CRTs). Buyback credits may offset disposal costs for working IT equipment. All prices are in MYR.

Working IT equipment may qualify for buyback, which can offset your disposal cost or generate a net credit. We assess buyback based on age, specification, condition, and resale market demand. Typical buyback items include business laptops less than five years old, servers with valid support contracts, and networking equipment. Buyback is not available for decommissioned or damaged assets.

Free pickup eligibility
Free pickup is available for qualifying bulk volumes in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Cyberjaya, Penang, and Johor Bahru. Minimum volumes vary by location and item type — typically 10+ laptops, 5+ servers, or a total batch weight of 50kg. Items requiring special handling (batteries, CRTs, refrigerants) may carry a small fee even within bulk volumes.

Working laptops less than five years old may qualify for buyback. Damaged or end-of-life units are handled as disposal.
