Our team arrives at your site, weighs and records every item, and issues an inventory sheet. Data-bearing devices are tagged separately and sealed in tamper-evident containers.
Sealed containers and a chain-of-custody form travel with the load. Trucks are tracked, and drivers sign off at every handover.
On arrival at our licensed facility, items are verified against the inventory and classified into e-waste streams, scheduled waste (batteries, refrigerants) and reusable assets.
Drives are wiped using certified multi-pass methods, or physically shredded on-site or at our facility. Certificates of destruction are issued per serial number.
Redundant electronics are fed into our industrial shredder and sorted into ferrous, non-ferrous and precious-metal fractions using magnetic and eddy-current separators.
Recovered metals go to licensed smelters and refineries. Non-recoverable fractions are disposed of under DOE SW110 documentation.
You receive a certificate of disposal, weight reports, data destruction certificates (if applicable) and an optional ESG/sustainability summary.
